The selected independent operator is responsible for the flight, aircraft, crew, operational control, permissions, safety decisions and applicable operational requirements.

Submitting an enquiry is not a booking and does not guarantee aircraft availability, a particular route, schedule, price or outcome. An itinerary is confirmed only in accordance with the selected operator's acceptance, contract, payment and applicable terms. Aircraft substitutions, schedule changes, permits, weather, airport restrictions and other operational matters may affect a proposed trip.
6. Fees and compensation
Published MapleSilk service fees are proposed minimums for the stated service scopes. They are not automatically charged to every enquiry. The applicable scope, fee, operator costs, compensation arrangements and material terms will be clarified as applicable before proceeding. Any operator commission, authorized margin, client-paid service fee or combination is used only where agreed and legally permitted, with disclosures made as required. Operator charter costs, taxes, handling, ground transfers, medical personnel/equipment and other third-party charges are separate unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise.
7. Healthcare transfer assistance
Any free healthcare or hospital-transfer service described on the website means only that MapleSilk does not charge a booking-assistance service fee for that enquiry. It does not mean the flight, medical service, clinical staff, equipment, ground transportation, handling or other provider services are free. Qualified providers determine medical suitability, staffing and clinical/operational arrangements.
