Publication note

Before launch, confirm the effective date, privacy contact, Netlify form settings, any analytics/cookies and actual retention/sharing practices. Publish this policy only after it accurately reflects how the site operates.

1. Who we are

MapleSilk Global Private Aviation is a business division of MapleSilk Global Procurement Inc., a Canadian federally incorporated company headquartered in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (“MapleSilk”, “we” or “us”).

2. Information you may provide

If you submit an enquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, route, travel dates, passenger-count range, general aircraft preference and general trip requirements. Please do not submit passport details, payment-card information, medical records or other sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.

3. Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to requests, clarify trip requirements, coordinate with relevant independent operators or service providers where needed, maintain business records, prevent abuse and protect the website and our business.

4. Sharing

Where necessary to respond to an enquiry, we may share relevant information with selected aircraft operators or service providers. We aim to limit sharing to information reasonably needed for the request. Their handling of information may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. Hosting and technical data

The website is intended to be hosted on Netlify. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security logs as part of hosting, delivery and abuse prevention. Confirm the actual provider settings and whether analytics or cookies are enabled before publication.

6. Cross-border processing

Because charter enquiries may involve operators or service providers in other countries, relevant information may be processed outside British Columbia or Canada where needed to handle the request. Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ by jurisdiction.

7. Retention and security

We intend to retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business records, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or correction of personal information and to ask questions about our handling of it. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law, including British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act where applicable.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, contact info@maplesilkglobal.com and mark the subject “Privacy Request”. A dedicated privacy alias should only be published once it has been configured and tested.
