MapleSilk can help patients, families, healthcare coordinators or authorized representatives explore charter enquiries at no MapleSilk service fee. This is not a free flight or free medical service. All flight, medical, equipment, ground-transfer, handling, tax and other provider costs remain separate.
What is separate?
The service fee is not the flight price.
The selected operator's quotation may include or separately itemize aircraft time, repositioning, crew, airport handling, landing and navigation charges, taxes, catering, ground transport and other trip-specific costs. The actual inclusions depend on the operator's quote and contract.
Before proceeding, we will clarify the applicable MapleSilk service scope and fee, how MapleSilk is compensated, the operator's role, and any relevant costs or relationships that must be disclosed.
